Our Instructors
Nodan Club, a leading organization to motivate youth and foster their leadership skill, personality development and has been keeping its grasp over issues related social transformation in building better Nation. From the Inception of the club, it has been running trainings on different arenas targeting its blow on leadership and personality development. With the flow of time, the belief of Nepalese youth and organizations has helped us feel glorious to be a leading learning centre. Nodan Club is therefore committed to assisting the persons to re-discover him/her through learning, recognizing strengths, creativity, capability and innovativeness, and focus action for the benefit of the self and the organization. Our philosophy and motto, therefore, is developing people through learning. We believe Nepal needs well trained youths and leaders to lead the transformation of its existing condition and we claim we can take initiation to fulfill this need by utilizing the natural and geo-physical modality of the country which is appropriate for every kinds of training.

Nodan is well-equipped with pro-active and agile instructor pool. Nodan's instructors are adaptable and enjoy the challenge of taking training programs into new and different environments. Now we have a dedicated NIP team 'Nodan's Instructors Pool'.

Anil Bhattarai (Climbing Guide/Director)
Anil, an expert Trekking Guide (Gov. License holder), Climbing Guide and a Canyoning Guide, has been exploring his strengths on above mentioned sectors over many years. He is also an expedition cook, got victory over Mt. Everest on 4th June, 2005, keeping record of a first climber from Brahmin society and Hindu community. Also, he has led record-holder Jack's team, who has become the youngest British climber of Everest. He has led several trekking and climbing trips in the mountains in his fifteen years of involvement in this field.

Endra Bahadur Rai (Climbing/River Guide)
Endra Rai is one of our government license holder expedition leader and kayak instructor. Endra's eight years of experience on rafting and kayak guiding in Nepal, India and Tibet and other European countries have given him a wide range of experience. His excellent grasp over outdoor learning program / training, canyoning, rock climbing and mountaineering has established him as a renowned guide / facilitator. He has Rescued 3 International expedition tourist and many Nepalese as well. He has taken SRT/WRT, First Aid and AR/CPR qualification, RED CROSS. Appreciation of the flora/fauna/culture/customs make him an interesting guide too, who can never fails to keep you cheerful and lighten your mood, however tough the going gets. Interesting and fun too, very charming, with his typical Nepalese sense of humor... Endra summated Mt. Everest in 2006. He is the first summitter from Rai community.

Ram Silwal
The Royal Beach Camp and Himalayan Extreme Sports Institute are headed by Ram Silwal. Ram is a professional kayaker, instructor and expedition leader. Ram holds a diploma in adventure tourism and is a professional kayaker and a river guide, SRT- and BCU-certified. He has worked as senior river guide, kayak instructor and consultant in several countries around the world, including Nepal, Sweden, Norway, Iceland, France, India, Thailand and New Zealand. He has lead and participated in several major river expeditions, many of them featured in international adventure- and paddeling magazines and some of them turned into films showing on channels like National Geographic Channel and Outdoor Life Network. Bhattarai Raman
'Impossible is nothing-I'm possible & you are possible-Let's do it'

Management graduate from TU Nepal. President of leading youth NGO and founder member of Association of youth Organization Nepal. Mr. Bhattarai has been involved in designing and conducting many training / learning program for corporate world, I/NGO. He has strong group facilitation skills. His clients in the past 7 years have included Chaudhary Group, DMT of DIPECHO-CPDRR, PSI, Red Cross, Fleur Himalayan, NPL, LWF, OTI, ILO, British & Lincoln School, HARGAN, NABIL & Himalayan Bank etc. He has also completed a number of short term courses on different aspects of personality development, leadership , communication ,team building, trust exercise, attitude, art of living, modern yoga and motivation from Europe & Asia, and has been involved strongly in social youth entrepreneurship development and training of trainers across the country and in the south Asia.

Over the years, Raman has made a name for himself as a strong facilitator, social youth leader, Campaigner, Development activist, and social event manager. A founder chairman, not only of Nodan Club a leading youth NGO in Nepal but many other youth led organizations; and has taken TOT from MsM, the Netherlands. He is also a renowned fire safety expert of Nepal, owns multi facet ability.

Jitendra Raj Bajracharya
Jitendra Bajracharya, a professional photographer and a renowned humorist, writes humors regularly on famous Nepali magazine "Saptahik"in the name of jitu'cha. Jiten also a youth Social event facilitator and a pro-active secretary of Nodan Club, a leading youth organization of Nepal. He has grasped intensive experience as an instructor from national to grassroots level in many arenas.

Byakul Maila (Pradeep Kumar rai)
Byakul, a renowned and widely appreciated name on national and international arena over the year and now. Writer of Nepali National anthem and Maaila is a pillar of Nodan's instructors pool.

Pasang Lhamu Sherpa
An Everest summitter Nepali woman and first lady outdoor instructor has been handling training on climbing and expedition under many organizations over few years. She keeps good knowledge on mountaineering and has led many trekking and climbing trips.

Manesh Rai
Manesh, a renowned professional Kayaker, has been kayaking for many years. He is also a river and climbing guide / instructor. Mr. Rai has led many adventurous climbing and river expeditions around the world.

Sumeera Shrestha
Sumeera defines herself as a "Youth who would learn things and implement in day to day life and ever ready to help the one in need". Currently she is pursuing Bachelors in Development Studies affiliated to Kathmandu University and actively involved in many organizations and a rising instructor on development issues. She owns effective skills to instruct over leadership and personality development.

She believes "We can make large impact on us and the society with accumulation of our small efforts. We all have to believe in ourselves and harness our potential to maximum." -Sumeera.

Yogendra Khatiwada
Yogendra, a self-motivated social activist involved in renowned Youth led organization Nodan club as Vice-President believes in give and take actions among youths and wants to have social reform through youthful hands. With his philosophy "The True object of learning is to train the human being to be human", he has already expereinced several formal and non-formal youth centered trainings in different fields as an apprentice and Training Instructor within his short timed social involvement. With sheer belief in action, Yogendra is intended to obtain an active role in the society where he can share his ideas and competencies towards the progress to become a good social reformer.
