Empowering individuals, teams, and divisions
An individual can be empowered if faced and overcame new challenges in safe and modest way. The empowered individual makes better team with their respective roles which makes every division much stronger and reliable.

Building trust
Trust operates at many different levels. The trust in the team and within oneself is equally important. Working in the team needs the personal confidence and assertiveness to achieve the task which benefits the whole team. The small exercise of trust game initiate the confidence of every individual in their respective team which enforces the commitment and sharing of ideas and problems.

Developing leaders and power balancing
Leaders rely on a wide range of skills to keep organizations competitive in today's global business environment. Leaders are the one who establish visions and goals, communicating the visions and goals, guiding others to accomplish them. The balance of power within the organization helps in the development of organization in reliable speed of the organizational progress.

Cross-cultural interaction and sharing common vision
Different and diverse cultural backgrounds influence the supervisory and supervisees relationship. Improving communication, coordination and listening skills
Communication skills play a great role in day to day life. it is the sum result of correct and explanatory language , eye contact, body language tone and facial expression . Besides listening to someone saying something to us as unless we listen we do not get clear idea being shared.

Team Building & performance
This inbuilt the capability of team members and enhance performance and assess the team progress and results. Raising team performance also helps in the development of collaborative team culture and reduces dysfunctional conflict within the team.

Group building methods designed to improve team or group effectiveness. Training is directed at improving the trainees' skills as well as team effectiveness. Group building methods involve trainees sharing ideas and experiences, building group identity, understanding the dynamics of interpersonal relationships, and getting to know their own strengths and weakness and those of their co-workers. Group techniques focus on helping teams increase their skills for effective teamwork. Group building methods include adventure learning.

Team training involves coordinating the performance of individuals who work together to achieve a common goal. Knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors are three components of team performance. The behavioral requirement means that team members must perform actions that allow them to communicate, coordinate, adapt, and complete complex tasks to accomplish their objective.

The knowledge component requires team members to have mental models or memory structures that allow them to function effectively in unanticipated or new situations. Team member beliefs about the task and feelings toward each other relate to the attitude component. Team morale, cohesion, and identity are related to team performance. Successful performance depends on coordination of individual activities to make decisions, team performance, and readiness to deal with potentially situations.

Appreciating the wildlife, natural and human environments of the country
Not only does the loss of people outdoor activities and contact with the natural world negatively impact the growth and development of the whole person and their acquisition of knowledge, it also sets the stage for a continuing loss of the natural environment. When the contact with the nature is loss then the natural components like wildlife, human environment continue to be exploited and destructed. It is clearly substantiating that an affinity to and love of nature, can contribute a lot in the personal as well as organizational development which also set up milestone to appreciate mother nature.

The services and inspiration is provided in the means of training, consultancy, education and other learning processes. One of the strong pillar of Association of Youth Organization Nepal. In the last 7 years Nodan Club has worked with many reputed organization and renowned personalities. Summing up, Nodan Club works as outstanding base camp overcoming challenging activities using the natural beauty of Nepal as its training grounds.
